CEO/Founder

Baker Family

The Baker family are the owners of Creative Stars Academy. They believe in the importance of faith, family, and providing children with a safe place to grow and learn. Their hope is that CSA is a place where children are treated with kindness, guided with patience, and encouraged to develop strong values alongside early learning skills.

Regional Director

Jacie

Jacie has over 12 years of experience in childcare with all ages and holds a double Bachelor’s Degree in HR and Business Law. She spent time as a teacher, an assistant director, a director, and now serves as regional director. She is married with one son, her brother, and two cats, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She supports the center mostly behind the scenes, helping with operations, organization, and long-term planning.

Megan

Megan has over 10 years of experience in childcare and loves being in a role where she can support staff, children, and families every day. She is a strong, caring leader who helps keep the center running smoothly and always puts kids first. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and fishing with her children and spending time outdoors.

Lead Infant

Courtney

Courtney brings lots of hands-on experience to the infant room as she is a mom herself. She is caring, patient, and wonderful at creating a nurturing and comforting environment for our youngest learners. She has a natural ability to connect with babies and help them feel safe and loved.

Lead Toddler

Courtney

Courtney has over 4 years of childcare experience and additional professional education. She loves creating lesson plans that focus on learning through play and hands-on experiences. She is passionate about helping toddlers explore, grow, and gain confidence in a fun and safe environment.

Patricia

Patricia has been working in childcare for 6 years and loves making a difference in children’s lives and helping prepare their little minds for preschool and kindergarten. She is currently in school working toward becoming an elementary teacher. She and her fiancé enjoy spending time together with their new puppy, and she brings patience, kindness, and enthusiasm into her classroom every day.

Mandy

Mandy has her CDA and over 10 years of experience in childcare. She is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten in a fun and engaging way. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and loved ones and brings that same warmth and care into her classroom every day.

Assistant Teacher

Chelsea

Chelsea has over 10 years of childcare experience along with a strong professional education background. She was recently engaged and is always bringing positive energy into the classroom. She is supportive, dependable, and great at building strong connections with both children and families.

Emily

Emily has been with CSA for almost a year and is currently in school pursuing a degree in business. She loves working in all the rooms and building lasting relationships with both the children and families. She is flexible, helpful, and always ready to jump in where she is needed.

Teachers Aide

Alli

Alli has years of experience and education in childcare and brings a calm, caring presence to the infant room. She is easygoing, fun-loving, and loves helping create a safe and comforting environment for babies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at her cabin up north, reading a good non-fiction book, doing adult coloring books, hiking in the summer, and ice fishing with her fiancé. She is also a big dog lover and brings that same gentle, loving energy into her work with children.

Riley

Riley has also been with CSA for almost a year and balances her time here with many extracurricular activities. She enjoys helping in the classrooms and spending time with both the kids and staff. She brings great energy, responsibility, and a positive attitude to the center.
