What is our curriculum like?

Choosing a good curriculum for a child care center involves considering various factors such as the age group of the children, educational goals, and developmental milestones. Our curriculum:

  • Involves age-appropriate activities

  • Incorporates play-based learning

  • Ensures that our teachings are diverse and inclusive

  • Includes activities that encourage communication and collaboration

  • Ensures a safe child environment.

  • Includes faith-based beliefs and bible readings that teach children how to be a kind, loving, and forgiving friend. Children ultimately learn about core beliefs.

At the end of each day parents receive a daily summary of everything their child did to promote parent involvement and communication.

Do we accept Child Care Assistance?

Yes we are willing to work with any assistance programs. However, you do need to have your account all set up before your start date. Please email us once your account is verified or you can have your caseworker email the information over.

What makes Creative Stars Academy different from other child care centers?

Creative Stars Academy offers a newer, updated facility with modern classrooms, equipment, and learning materials. We focus on play based, hands on learning that helps children grow socially, emotionally, and academically, not just sit and complete worksheets.

We teach strong values like kindness, friendship, forgiveness, bravery, and sharing in a natural, age appropriate way without pushing any specific religion. Our center is known for being well organized, consistent, and focused on safety, licensing standards, and clear communication with families.

We also take pride in our teachers. We invest in training and support so children have caring, stable staff and families have people they can trust. We strive to create a smaller, more personal environment where children and families are truly known, not just another number.

What kinds of activities and special experiences do you offer?

We believe children learn best through fun, hands on experiences. Throughout the year, we offer monthly dance and music classes, host special visitors such as nurses and animal educators, and plan family nights and community events. During the summer, we also take multiple field trips to give children new experiences outside the classroom.

Do you offer camps or special programs outside of regular child care?

Yes. We offer craft camps and holiday camps throughout the year for extra enrichment, creativity, and fun. These are great opportunities for children to enjoy themed activities and special projects.

Can your building be rented for events or meetings?

Yes. Our building is available to rent for birthday parties, family events, and meetings. Please contact us for availability and details.
