Infants

Our Infant Classrooms at Creative Stars Academy provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment designed especially for our youngest learners. We understand that infants need more than just care. They need comfort, consistency, and loving relationships to grow and thrive.

Our cozy, welcoming classrooms are thoughtfully set up with age appropriate toys, soft furnishings, and sensory materials to support early development. Our caring and experienced teachers provide individualized attention and follow each child’s personal schedule for feeding, diapering, and sleeping. Through tummy time, music, reading, cuddles, and gentle play, we support physical, social, emotional, and early cognitive development while building strong, trusting relationships with each child and family.

We focus on creating a calm, responsive environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and secure while building a strong foundation for future learning.

Infant 1 - 6 Weeks to 11 Months:

The Infant 1 classroom is designed for our youngest babies who are just beginning their journey of growth and discovery. This room focuses on nurturing care, bonding, and meeting each infant’s individual needs and schedule. Teachers provide plenty of one on one attention through feeding, rocking, tummy time, and floor play. Activities focus on sensory exploration, early movement, and building trust and comfort in a safe and loving environment.

Infant 2 - 12 to 18 Months:

The Infant 2 classroom supports older infants who are becoming more mobile, curious, and independent. This room focuses on encouraging early communication, movement, exploration, and social interaction. Children participate in hands on activities, music, simple art experiences, and guided play that help build confidence and early learning skills. Teachers continue to provide nurturing care while helping children begin to explore routines and develop early independence.

What to Bring Each Day

• Extra diapers, wipes, and clothes in diaper bags
• Diaper creams
• A blanket
• Lunch that can be heated at CSA
• Any formula or baby food
• Already prepared bottles with breast milk
• A sleep sack or pacifier
• Outside gear appropriate for the current weather
